Eleven year old Glory's delightful days as darling of the Kingdom of Nevin abruptly end when she is thrust into the role of reigning princess after her father, King Eben, departs to settle a borderland war. She is equipped only with the promise of wisdom to be gained by playing a game of clues he has designed for her. At first, the clues seem random but then a pattern emerges. As the puzzle unfolds, Glory and her friends, young and old, conceive a bold plan for the return of their king and his men to the Kingdom of Nevin. Will it work?
